摘要
应用CAESARII软件分析管道应力并进行配管设计,介绍了与风载荷有关的几个重要参数的定义,以及这些参数如何在具体的设计项目中选取。同时详细叙述了风载荷的计算过程,特别说明了风载荷如何与安装状态、操作状态工况叠加考虑,在风载荷作用下许用应力增大范围的选取及哪种类别的管道需要考虑风载荷。
This article uses CAESARII to analyze the pipe stress in piping design,introduces the definitions of several important parameters of wind load and the selection of these parameters in design projects,and discusses in detail the calculation of wind load,especially the consideration of wind load together with installation and operation conditions,the selection of allowable stress intensification range under wind load and the type of piping which needs to consider wind load.
