摘要
目的探讨针灸联合微波治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法以本社区2010年4月至2012年9月期间的114例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者为研究对象,随机分为均等的两组。观察组采用微波联合针灸治疗,对照组采用针灸治疗。1个月后评价两组的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率为96.5%,对照组患者治疗的总有效率为86.0%,两组患者在治疗的总有效率间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合微波治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效显著优于单纯的针灸治疗,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with microwave in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Method 114 cases of postherpetic neuralgia patients in the community from April 2010 to September 2012 were chosen as the research object. They were randomly divided into the equal two groups. The observation group was taken with microwave acupuncture treatment, and the control group was treated with acupuncture treatment. One month after the treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.5%, the treatment of total effective rate in the control group was 86.0%, the total efficiency rate in the two groups of patients, there was statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with microwave in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia is significantly better than simple acupuncture treatment, and it is worthy of further promotion and application.
