渤海稠油油藏出砂规律及出砂量室内试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用渤海疏松油藏储层砂样,利用自行研制的出砂模拟实验装置,进行室内防砂模拟实验。观察和分析控制条件下渤海常规稠油油藏的出砂行为,分析了出砂机理及各类生产工艺与参数对出砂的影响。使用MiniFlexⅡ型X衍射仪对岩样进行了矿物组分测试,分析了黏土矿物含量对出砂的影响。岩石固有的矿物组分是影响其胶结强度的内因,发现黏土矿物含量最高可达17.3%,且伊蒙混层中蒙脱石含量高达36%,黏土矿物吸水膨胀性强。实验表明,压力波动比压力本身对出砂的影响更大;产砂量和产液量互相依赖,出砂增大了地层的渗透率,产液量随之增加。实验结果对本区块的适度出砂生产科学化管理提供了定量依据。 A series of laboratory experiment on sand production behaviors of heavy oil reservoir in Bohai bay area were performed under different conditions using the sand production simulation equipment self developed. The influence of various types of production and sand control parameters were analyzed. The experiment measured the real time changes of flow rate and sand production rate. The influence of pressure fluctuations and pressure itself on sand production were analyzed, and the influence of pressure fluctuations is more than pressure itself. The relation- ship between dynamic change of permeability and sand production was analyzed, and the permeability was calculated by Darcy' s law. The experimental results provide a reliable basis for the sand control measures in Bohai bay.
