摘要
通过连续萌发试验研究三江平原湿地3种小叶章群落样地土壤种子库的物种组成、数量特征和优势物种的结实量等。研究结果表明,小叶章群落土壤中可萌发的植物分别为21科34属38种、17科24属28种和19科34属37种,种类和密度表层数量均大于中、下层数量,随着土壤水分递减,土壤库种子密度呈现递增趋势;但植物种类组成是呈现大致"U"趋势,即在水分适中时植物种类数最少。水分变化对群落样地内小叶章种子结实量的差异性影响很大。试验结果证明土壤水分的空间梯度变化是影响土壤种子库的特征以及植物种子结实量等的主要原因之一。
This paper described soil seed banks of Deyeuxia Angustifolia (narrowleaf small reed) community in marshes in Sanjiang Plain. The soil seed bank samples were dug in selected 3 narrowleaf small reed communities to study characteristics, spatial distribution patterns. The continuous germination method was used to identify plant species (PS) and account seed density (SD) in the soil seed banks(SSB). The results showed that (1)21 familis 34 generas 38 species, 17 familis 24 generas 28 species, 19 familis 34 generas 37 species seedlings were recorded in the 3 communities with 7 month-long germinations, respectively. The number of plant species and the SD in the shallow soil (0 - 5 cm) layer were larger than in the deep (5 - 10 cm; 10 - 15 cm). With the soil moisture gradient decreasing, SD had a gradually increased trend, but PS showed " U" curve. Namely, the least number of plant species in the moderate moisture. (2)The number of plant seed of narrowleaf small reed was affected by the soil moisture. The results demonstrated that one of main cause affecting characteristics of SSB, seed yield of dominant species of plant was the spatial variation of the soil moisture gradient.
