摘要
[目的]观察宣氏密集型压痛点针刺联合艾灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将79例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号法为两组。对照组30例电针+TDP神灯照射,30min/次,1次/d。治疗组49例采用宣氏密集型压痛点针刺+艾灸。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床疗效、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈30例,有效12例,好转5例,无效2例,总有效率96.10%。对照组痊愈9例,有效8例,好转7例,无效6例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]宣氏密集型压痛点银针针刺疗法联合艾灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效满意。
[Objective]The observation Xuanshi intensive tender point needles acupuncture joint moxibustion treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.[Methods]Randomized controlled method,79 outpatients visit sequentially numbered groups.30 patients EA ＋ TDP Magic Lamp irradiation,30min / times,1 times / d.The treatment group of 49 patients with intensive tender points Xuanshi needles acupuncture ＋ moxibustion.Continuous treatment for 10 days as a course of treatment.Observation of clinical efficacy,adverse reactions.Continuous one course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]30 cases were cured,effective in 12 cases,5 cases improved,2 cases,the total efficiency of 96.10%.The control group recovered in 9 cases,8 cases,improved in 7 cases,6 cases,the total efficiency of 80.00%.The treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Xuanshi,intensive tender point needles acupuncture therapy combined with moxibustion treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation satisfaction.
