以SiO_2微球为模板制备硅酸盐空心球 被引量:2

Synthesis of Silicate Hollow Spheres with SiO_2 Templates

摘要 本文首先用stober法制备二氧化硅模版。所制备的二氧化硅模版为球形,直径在100~150nm之间。然后通过牺牲模版法将二氧化硅转化为硅酸镁、硅酸铜空心球。用透射电子显微镜(TEM)表征所制备的硅酸镁、硅酸铜样品的形貌和结构。用X射线衍射表征其物相。结果表明:所制备的硅酸镁、硅酸铜均为外直径在100~200nm之间,壁厚为20~30nm的空心球。空心球表面具有发达的毛刺状层次结构。 Silica templates were synthesized with stober method. The templates were spheres with diameter ranged from 100 nm to 150 nm. The templates were then transformed to magnesium silicate and copper silieate hollow spheres through a sacrificial template method. The morphology and structure of the products were analyzed with transmission electron microscope. Phase composition of the products was characterized with X--ray diffraction. The results indicated that the as--synthesized magnesium silicate and copper silicate samples were hollow spheres with 100 nm to 200 nm in diameter and 20 nm to 30 nm in thickness. The hollow spheres possessed highly developed hierarchical structures on their surfaces.
