摘要
蒸汽喷射真空泵抽空管道是抽走废气获得真空度的"肠道",获取真空度的重要组成部分,依据真空设备获得真空度的工作原理,分析了抽空管道第2喉管与工作蒸汽喷嘴喉管面积比对真空泵操作性能的影响,并对真空泵抽空管道内壁积灰对真空度的影响进行分析研究,为真空设备的科学维护提供参考依据。
The evacuation pipe of steam jet vacuum pump is the"intestinal tract",which is used to evacuate the air to create the vacuum.According to the working principle of the vacuum equipment,the influence of the area ratio of the second throat and working steam nozzle throat on the operation performance of the vacuum pump is analyzed,the influence of the accumulated dust in the inner wall of evacuation pipe of the vacuum pump is also studied in order to provide the basis for the scientific maintenance of the vacuum equipment.
