上市公司R&D规模效应研究

摘要 本文分析了2007年至2009年上市公司R&D收益水平和收益波动性如何受公司规模变化的影响。研究发现:R&D产生的未来收益随公司规模增大而增大,R&D产生的未来收益波动性没有随公司规模增大而减小,而是随公司规模增大而增大,原因可能是公司规模在金融危机的宏观形势下加剧了R&D收益的波动性。同时还发现在高科技公司中,与R&D强度相关的未来一年回报率随公司规模增大而降低。
