摘要 针对日钢1580热轧线精轧支承辊辊耗高的问题,分析了精轧支承辊所受的应力,认为接触应力是精轧支承辊疲劳失效的主要诱因;从理论和实践两个角度确定了精轧支承辊合理磨削量,保证了精轧支承辊的正常使用,有效降低了辊耗。 To solve the problem of too much of supporting roll consumption, it is analyzed the stress in the supporting roll of finish rolling of 1580 hot - rolling line of Ri Steel, considered the contact stress is the main reason for fatigue failure of the supporting roll, determined the reasonable grinding amount for the supporting roll from the angles of theory and practice, and so the normal operation of it is guaranteed, the consumption reduced.
