摘要
针对热轧板卷产品,基于常规流程生产线,对420L钢种的成分:C、Mn、S、P、Si,卷取温度以及最终产品的抗拉强度和屈服强度,进行数据整理;利用多元线性回归分析,确定影响产品性能的关键因素,得到的模型达到了10%偏差之内超过90%的精度。对于进一步完善产品的成分设计以及轧制工艺参数提供了有利的参考。
To the hot -rolling sheet coil products, based on the normal flow process line, the data reduction is done including the composition of 420L steel grade: C, Mn, S, P, Si, the coiling temperature, the tensile strength and yield strength of end products. The key factors to affect products properties is determined with multiple linear regression analysis, the model got reaches the precision of over 90% within 10% of deviation. It offers a useful reference for further improvement in composition design and rolling process parameters.
