摘要
校企"双主体"人才培养模式是深化软件教育体制改革的必然趋势。江西应用技术职业学院软件技术专业以校企"双主体"为人才培养突破口,按照"专业共建、人才共育、过程共管、成果共享、责任共担"的思路,统领整个软件技术专业项目建设。实践证明,校企"双主体"软件人才培养模式成效显著,学生就业竞争力明显提高。
The personnel training model of "two subjects" of school and enterprise is the trend of reform of the software education system.With the "two subjects" as the breakthrough of personnel training,the software technology major of Jiangxi College of Applied Technology follows the principle of "establishment of profession,cotraining of personnel,co-management of procedure,share of the result and share of the responsibility".It is proved that the personnel training model of "two subjects" of school and enterprise has achieved remarkable results with students’ employment competitiveness improving.
