摘要
目的探讨内科联合用药治疗冠心病心律失常的临床效果。方法将258例冠心病心律失常患者随机分为观察组(130例)与对照组(128例),两组患者均给予胺碘酮口服进行治疗,其中观察组在此基础上加用稳心颗粒进行联合治疗。结果两组患者治疗后的QTd、QTcd、室性早搏数、房性早搏数、交界性早搏数等均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05)。结论常规应用胺碘酮的同时联合稳心颗粒给药进行治疗其临床疗效优于胺碘酮单独给药治疗,且不良反应较少,整体效果安全可靠,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical results of department of internal medicine combination therapy in the treatment of arrhythmia of coronary heart disease. Methods 258 cases of patients with coronary heart disease cardiac arrhythmia were randomly divided into observation group （130 cases） and control group （128 cases）, two groups of patients were given oral amiodarone treatment, the observation group based on the use of Wenxin granule combined therapy. Results The two groups of patients after the treatment of QTd, QTcd, ventricular premature beat, atrial premature beat, jpb number were significantly reduced （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined with Wenxin granule routine application of amiodarone administration for treatment of its clinical efficacy is superior to amiodarone administered alone treatment, and adverse reaction is less, the overall effect is safe and reliable, and worth further clinical application.
