摘要
目的探讨在低年资护士护理查房中应用概念图的方法与效果。方法随机选取工作五年以下的护士60名,分成两组,干预组在护理查房中应用概念图,对照组采取传统的多媒体护理查房形式。5次护理查房后,采用两组理论考试成绩的对比对应用概念图的效果进行评价。结果干预后干预组和对照组考试成绩相比有明显差异(P<0.05),干预组干预前后自身成绩比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论概念图可以提高低年资护士的学习积极性和自主学习的能力。
Objective To discuss the method and effect of concept map to the junior nurses in the nursing ward round. Method Random selection 60 cases of nurses work for 5 years, divided into two groups, the intervention group in nursing ward round application of concept map, control group adopts the traditional multimedia nursing ward round form. Five times after nursing ward round, the theory of two groups of test scores compared to the effect of the application of concept map to evaluate. Result After the intervention, intervention group and control group compared to the test scores are obviously different(P〈0.05), the intervention group before and after the intervention own result more have obvious difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Concept map can improve the junior nurses' learning enthusiasm and their independent study ability.
