本文详细介绍了铝及其合金的铬酸盐处理工艺:前处理、铬酸盐处理及后处理。在前处理中介绍了除油、化学抛光及除黑斑的方法。特别是化学抛光,介绍了六种配方,有酸性的也有碱性的,在铬酸盐处理方面,介绍了碱性铬酸盐体系,酸性铬酸盐体系,研究了膜的形成机理及pH值和Cr(3+)对转化膜质量的影响,最后探讨了后处理的清洗及干燥过程对转化膜结构的影响,包括颜色和裂纹。
Chromate treatemnt process for Al & its alloys, inoluding pretreatment, chromate treatment and post treatment, is discussed in detail. For pretreatment, decreasing, chemical polishing and removing of stains are stated. For chemical polishing, six formulas, both acidic and alkaline, are introduced. For chromate treatment, alkaline and acidic chromate systems are stated, and the mechamism of film formation and. the effect of pH and Cr^(3+) on the quality of conversion film studied. Finally, the effect of rinsing and drying operations in post treatment on the structure of conversion film, including its eolour and cracks, is disoussed.
