摘要
文章主要结合检验冶金起重机主梁弯板处腹板及弯板部位存在裂纹问题,分析其产生的原因,并提出了主梁弯板处腹板及弯板部位裂纹的解决方法。3台冶金起重机裂纹延伸现象得以控制,处于安全运行状态,消除了安全隐患。
Combined with the cracks problems of girder web and angle block part of metallurgic crane, this article analyzes its causes, and puts forward the solutions. Three crack extension phenomenon of metallurgical crane have been controlled. The metallurgic crane is in safe operation condition. It eliminates the potential safety hazard.
