摘要
健美操与瑜伽能增强肌肉韧带和内脏器官的功能以及身体的柔韧性与协调性。因两项运动形式与要求的不同,影响也各有侧重,健美操在提高学生身体机能方面效果显著,瑜伽则在调节心理状态功效显著。两者结合进行教学可以取长补短,能有效地防止运动损伤,能有效地排除心理障碍、缓解身体疲劳。本文通过对比瑜伽与健美操的异同,旨在健美操教学课中科学合理的将二者有机结合提供理论依据,为提高高校健美操教学质量,丰富学校体育教学内容起到积极地作用,对培养学生的终身体育观念有着战略意义。
Aerobics and yoga can enhance the function of muscles and ligaments and internal organs. They can also enhance the flexiblity and coordination of your body. Due to different forms and requirements, the influence of the two sports focus differently. Aerobics has significant effect in enhancing students" body function, while yoga has remarkle effect in adjusting mental state. The combination of the two can make the best of them and effctivelty avoid sports injury, eliminate mental barriers and relief fatigue. By comparing the similarities and differences of yoga and areobics, this paper aims to provide theoratical basis for the combination of the two in areobics teaching. The combination plays a positive role in improving the aerobics teaching quality in colleges and enriching physical education, and is of strategic importance to raise students" lifelong sports concept.
