线粒体解偶联蛋白UCP2与恶性肿瘤 被引量:4

摘要 解偶联蛋白2(UCP2)属于线粒体内膜阴离子转运体蛋白超家族成员。UCP2作为线粒体内膜上的一种质子转运蛋白,通过影响肿瘤细胞的能量代谢、活性氧的产生、细胞凋亡和增殖及耐药性等方面,参与肿瘤的进程,可能在肿瘤的发生和进展中发挥重要作用。对于UCP2与恶性肿瘤的深入研究有望为恶性肿瘤的防治提供新的治疗靶点。
