摘要
胡尖山油田注入水(洛河层水)的硫酸根含量高,部分区块存在严重的硫酸钡锶垢问题,为此在盆二注水站试验了脱硫酸根水处理工艺,采用纳滤膜有选择性的脱除SO42-,硫酸根平均脱除率在85%以上,5口纳滤水注水井压力平稳并有所降低(6.68MPa下降到5.36MPa),试验区对应的15口采油井产量保持平稳。该工艺对高含量钡锶垢油田的防治具有广泛应用价值,经济效益较大。
Hu Jianshan oilfield water injection (Luohe water)sulfate content was high, some blocks are barium strontium sulfate scale problems, therefore in the basin, two water injection station test the removal of sulfate wastewater treatment process, the SO42- removal by nanofiltration membrane is selectively, sulfate average removal rate of above 85 % ,5 nanofiltration water well pressure stable and decreased (6.68 MPa 5.36 MPa,a general),test area corresponding to the 15 wells yield remained stable.Has been widely used to control the process of the high content of barium and strontium sulfate scale oilfield,high economic benefit.
