摘要
自然渗吸驱油是重要的驱油方式之一,然而以往的岩心自然渗吸实验采用常规的体积法和称重法,导致实验存在较大误差。为此从自然渗吸发生的条件出发,研制出具有恒温箱和数据自动记录系统的渗吸实验仪器,仪器的计量精度达到0.0001g,使得自然渗吸实验精度进一步提高。依托新的实验仪器分别完成低渗砂岩岩心和碳酸盐岩岩心自然渗吸实验。岩心实验结果表明:自然渗吸驱油效率和岩心渗透率密切相关,且存在着与最佳自然渗吸驱油效率对应的渗透率;根据实验数据回归出了满足碳酸盐岩岩心和砂岩岩心的自然渗吸动态的衰竭规律。
The spontaneous imbibition drive is one of the important displacement pattern. However,in the previous core spontaneous imbibition experiments,it uses conventional volume method and gravimetric method,resulting in large errors in the experimental.Base on the conditions of spontaneous imbibition,it develop the spontaneous imbibition experimental apparatus with thermostat and automatic data recording system and their measurement accuracy is 0.000 1 g which makes spontaneous imbibition experiments to a further improving accuracy. Relying on new experimental apparatus this paper completes the spontaneous imbibition experiments in low permeability sandstone and carbonate rocks cores.The results shows that the efficiency of spontaneous imbibition is closely related to core permeability and there is the corresponding permeability of the best spontaneous imbibition oil displacement efficiency. Based on experimental data,this paper regresses the the law of exhaustion in carbonate andsandstone core spontaneous imbibition experiment.
