AO经皮微创稳定系统钢板治疗股骨远端骨折效果分析 被引量:3

Efficacy analysis of the AO percutaneous less invasive stabilization system (LISS) steel plate for distal femoral fractures

摘要 目的探讨AO经皮微创稳定系统(LISS)钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效和安全性。方法将本院收治的股骨远端骨折患者64例随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,其中对照组采用常规解剖钢板固定,观察组采用LISS钢板固定,比较两组患者的临床手术情况、预后康复情况及并发症发生情况。结果临床手术情况:观察组的平均手术时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),手术切口小于对照组,术中出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05);预后康复情况:观察组的骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅰ期愈合率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),末次随访膝关节功能优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生情况:观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 LISS钢板治疗股骨远端骨折具有损伤小、恢复快、固定牢靠、安全性高等显著优势,为目前骨外科医疗条件下治疗股骨远端骨折的理想选择。 Objective To explore the clinical fixation effect and security on the distal femur fracture with less invasive stabilization system(LISS).Methods Sixty four cases of patients with distal femoral fractures treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and the control group (n = 32),the control group was fixed using conventional anatomical steel plate,while the observation group fixed with LISS steel plate;The situation of clinical surgery,prognosis, recovery and complications in the two groups of patients were ompared.Results Clinical surgery:the average operation time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group (P〈O.O5),and the surgical incision and in- traoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of control group (P〈0.05);Prognosis recovery:The fracture healing time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P〈0.05),and I healing rate was sig- nificantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05),and the last follow-up of knee joint function was significantly better than that of the control group (P〈0.05).Complications:The complication rate of observation group was significant- ly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion LISS steel plate has remarkable advantage for the fixation of distal femoral fractures with small trauma,rapid recovery,steady fixation,and high security advantages which is an ideal choice for distal femoral fractures.
