摘要
针对传统电机车控制系统串联电阻调速时消耗能量大、效率低的缺点,设计了以DSP为控制核心的直流架线电机车的调速系统。从变频器的结构、控制原理、软硬件设计及控制策略方面,对变频电机车的控制系统作了介绍。以DSP T320F2407为核心,研制出了电机车变频驱动装置,实现了电流、速度、位置三闭环的高性能直流架线电机车变频驱动装置。经过在实验室数据测试分析和现场使用,结果表明,该驱动装量性能稳定良好,维护工作量明显减小,可靠性完全达到工业恶劣环境的要求,并能够较好地解决传统电机车效率低的问题。
A solution for controlling permanent magnet synchronous motor for the coal mine of DC lines of electric locomotive was based on the Texas Instruments TMS320C2407A digital signal processor. A cost-effective design of intelligent controllers for PMSM that could fulfill enhanced operations consisting of fewer system components, lower system cost, and increased performances was offered. That relying on the vector control technology and space vector pulse width modulation technology was presented. Efficiency in a wide range speed, above nominal speed, and takes into consideration the structure of the converter, control principle, power electronics hardware, the regulate circuit, the keyboard display circuit and the auxiliary power supply circuit could be realized. The system was showed to a better static and dynamic performance, which completely fit the DC lines of electric locomotive operation. A practical solution and corresponding result was achieved.
