摘要
保健酒的检测分析,包括基本的理化、卫生指标,功效、营养成分及有害成分的检测分析。通过检测分析,探索各种成分的含量和作用机理,研究保健酒的保健价值,建立明确功能的主要成分的质量指标,有效地保证和提高保健酒产品的品质。本文对保健酒中各主要检测项目的检测意义、方法做了介绍,对保健酒检测目前存在的问题及今后的发展提高谈了自己的看法。
Detection and analysis of health liquor includes basic physicochemical and hygienic indexes, detection and analysis of functional, nutritional ingredients and harmful ingredients. By means of detection and analysis, exploring the content and mechanism of action of all kinds of ingredients, researching health care value of health liquor, establishing clear-out functional quality indexes of bases , thus quality of health liquor products is effectively guaranteed and improved. In this paper, the detection significance and methods of main detection items of health liquor is introduced. Some opinions are put forward about currently existing problems and future development of detection items of health liquor.
