某型号红外热像仪主体框架设计成分体形式,其机械加工工艺需考虑零件自身精度、装配精度及拆装后的重复精度。通过对产品的透彻分析,合理安排加工工艺,顺利完成了产品工艺攻关。
The main framework of an infrared apparatus is separated into several parts. The machining technique need to consider the precision of the part itself, assembly precision and the repeatability precision. A reasonable technique is advanced to solve the problem base the intensive analysis and research of the parts.
