摘要
目的对比分析老年和青年大鼠大脑皮质及血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油和游离脂肪酸水平的变化。方法青年组(3月龄)和老年组(22月龄)大鼠各11只,大脑皮质及血清总胆固醇采用胆固醇氧化酶法测定,三酰甘油采用磷酸甘油氧化酶法测定,游离脂肪酸采用铜试剂显色法测定。结果与青年组大鼠比较,老年组大鼠大脑皮质和血清的总胆固醇水平显著增高(P<0.05),大脑皮质的三酰甘油水平显著增高(P<0.01),而大脑皮质和血清的游离脂肪酸水平显著降低(P<0.01)。结论大脑脂质成分的改变可能是脑老化的原因之一。
Objective To analyze comparatively the changes of total cholesterol, triglyceride and free fatty acid levels in cerebral cortex and serum between the old and young rats. Methods Young ( 3 months old, n = 11 ) and old (22 months old, n = 11 ) male rats were used in this experiment. The level of total cholesterol in cerebral cortex and serum was detected by cho- lesterol oxidase method,the level of triglycerides was detected by phosphoglycerol oxidase method and the level of free fatty acid was detected by copper reagent chromogenic method. Results Compared with the young group, the level of total choles- terol in cerebral cortex and serum increased significantly(P 〈 0.05), and the level of triglycerides in cerebral cortex increased significantly( P 〈0.01 ) ,while the level of free fatty acid level in cerebral cortex and serum decreased significantly in the old group (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Changes of lipid composition in old brain may be associated with cognitive decline during ag- ing.
