摘要
干部教育质量的提升需要高质量培训资源的支撑。区域资源具有地缘相近节约交往成本,资源互补有助合作共赢,资源价值可充分发挥等开发利用价值。干部教育区域资源的开发要经过资源调查、资源分析、资源筛选等过程。干部教育区域资源的利用主要集中在场馆资源的现场教学利用、事件资源的案例教学利用、人力资源的师资交流共享等方面。干部教育区域资源的维护既要重视制度建设、关系维护,也要注重资源管理和二次开发。干部教育机构要对区域资源进行有效的开发、合理的使用、积极的维护,以使其达到最大使用价值,从而提升干部教育培训质量。
The improvement of the quality of leadership education demands support by high-quality training resources.Regional resources have the values of cost-saving by neighborhood,cooperation by the complement of resources and the promotion of resource values.The development of regional resources has the stages of survey,analysis and filtering.The utilization of training resources focuses on the sites for field study,events for case study and the share of trainers as human resources.Their maintenance emphasizes on institutional developing,relationship keeping,resource management and re-development.Leadership education institutions should effectively develop,reasonably utilize and positively maintain regional resources for it maximum values and thus promote the quality of leadership education.
