摘要
教师平庸之恶是学校生活中的现实存在,其根源很大程度上在于学校制度对教师平庸的制造和向功利的倾斜,这种倾斜无疑源自于学校制度在功利与道德的张力中的迷失。而为超越教师平庸之恶,则必须从制度变革入手,使之重拾道德本意。
The Banal evil of teacher is the reality of school life, its roots largely lies in the school institution leaning to the utilitarian. This tilt is undoubtedly the lost in the school institution tension between utilitarian and moral, thus breeding ground the banal evil of teacher. For exceeding the banal evil of teachers, we must start with the institutional reform to regain the real moral intention.
