摘要
天津国际贸易中心A座公寓楼高235m,采用钢框架-支撑核心筒体系,是一座补强重建、纯钢结构的超高层公寓楼。依据天津小白楼地区风洞试验数据,采用ETABS软件,对在避难层加设套索式安装的液体粘滞阻尼器的结构进行舒适度计算及分析,并对阻尼器的参数、安装位置和数量等内容进行优化,从而实现结构的安全性与舒适性。该方法不仅替代了在传统结构中逐层或隔层均匀布置斜撑或人字撑阻尼器的方法,也替代了抗风减振常用的TMD系统,有效减小了A座公寓楼在脉动风压作用下的楼层加速度,满足高钢规对超高层公寓楼舒适度的有关规定;设置阻尼器后,结构在地震作用下表现出较好的抗震性能,一定程度上提高了结构的抗震耗能能力。
The building A of Tianjin International Trade Center,rising to 235m,is a super high-rise apartment building of steel frame-core brace structure.According to the time-history data from the wind tunnel test for the Xiaobailou area of Tianjin,ETABS software was used to calculate and analyze the comfort of the structure with the placing toggle-braced fluid viscous dampers located in the refuge stories.A series of contents of the dampers like parameters,installation locations as well as quantities were optimized,so as to meet the requirements of safety and comfort of the structure simultaneously.The method has replaced the assigning not only diagonal or chevron damper installation,but also TMD system which is usually been applied for wind resistance.It has effectively reduced the floor acceleration of the structure in fluctuating wind,so that the structure has satisfied the relevant provisions of comfort of super high-rise apartment buildings in codes.The structure was observed to behave a good anti-seismic performance by setting dampers,and its energy dissipation capacity was enhanced.
