油气田车辆监控管理系统的设计与实现

摘要 随着石油工业的蓬勃发展,交通运输管理工作变得越来越重要。为了提高中国石油煤层气公司车辆的管理水平,管理更加科学化、精细化,在深刻理解石油行业和交通运输等业务的基础上,创新性地自主设计了一套车辆监控调度管理系统。该系统集成了GIS、GPS、GSM/GPRS等多专业领域技术,分别在车辆设备端和管理监控中心开发了GPRS/GPS数据传输设备和基于Web-GIS为核心的车辆监控调度系统。系统的成功上线表明,该系统适用于车辆、船舶等交通工具的监控,并可用于跨区域、跨企业的远程监控,对运输工具的实时监控和跟踪、调度指挥、紧急营救等方面具有重要意义。 With the rapid development of oil industry,transportation management becomes increasingly important.In order to improve the vehicle management level of PetroChina Coal Bed Gas Company,a set of vehicle monitoring and dispatching management system is designed independently based on deep understanding of the business in oil industry and transportation.The system integrates GIS,GPS,GSM/GPRS technology of many professional fields.The GPRS/GPS data transmission set is developed separately in vehicle equipment terminal and management control center and vehicle monitoring dispatching system based on the core of WebGIS.Success of the system online show that it is suitable for vehicles,ships and other modes of transport monitoring and can be used in cross-regional,cross-enterprise remote monitoring.It is of significance for real-time monitoring and tracking,dispatching,emergency rescue of conveyance and other aspects.
