摘要
针对采用盾构法进行隧道施工时对临近的既有桥梁安全性造成威胁的情况,以城轨线盾构隧道近距离下穿京沪高速铁路桥梁的实际工程为背景,分析盾构隧道施工对既有桥梁基础的影响。采用大型有限元软件ABAQUS建立铁路桥群桩基础、隧道及周围土体的三维有限元模型,模拟盾构隧道开挖过程,并对铁路桥基桩的位移、倾斜及内力的变化情况进行分析。分析结果表明:隧道盾构掘进过程中,邻近的既有桥梁基桩沿水平方向及隧道掘进方向产生了位移,同时发生倾斜;隧道盾构掘进引起的地层扰动,不仅使周围土体及基桩产生沉降,而且导致基桩产生一定的附加力,降低了桩基础的承载力。
Due to the fact that the shield tunneling would threat the safety of the nearby exist- ing bridges, a real project of the shield construction of a tunnel on the urban railway, part of which was excavated under a railway bridge on the Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway with a very short distance was cited as an example to analyze the impact of shield tunnel construction on the foundations of the existing bridges. The large scale finite element software ABAQUS was adopted to establish the three-dimensional finite element models of the pile group foundations of the railway bridge, the tunnel and the surrounding soil to simulate the excavation process of the shield tunne- ling and analyze the variation of the displacement, leaning and internal forces of the foundations of railway bridges. The results of the analysis indicated that when the shield excavation of the tunnel was approaching, the foundations of the nearby existing bridge moved along the horizontal direction and the tunnel excavating direction and by the tunnel excavation not only led to the also brought about certain additional forces piles.
