天津市不同水碘地区人群碘营养水平分析 被引量:20

Analysis on iodine nutrition status among population in different areas of water iodine concentration in Tianjin City

摘要 目的了解天津市不同水碘地区人群碘营养水平,为科学补碘提供依据。方法采用比例概率抽样法(probability proportion to size,PPS)调查天津市8~10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率、尿碘水平及食用盐含碘量,调查孕妇和哺乳期妇女尿碘水平和全市水碘含量。结果非高水碘地区8~10岁儿童中甲状腺肿大率为2.14%,年龄、性别的差异无统计学意义;居民合格碘盐食用率为91.6%,与2005年比较差异无统计学意义;儿童尿碘中位数为177.9μg/L,孕妇尿碘中位数为145.3μg/L,哺乳期妇女尿碘中位数为139.9μg/L;集中式供水水碘值在0~10μg/L之间。水源性高碘地区8~10岁儿童尿碘中位数为338.3μg/L。结论天津市非高水碘地区孕妇尿碘中位数略低于适宜水平,水源性高碘地区儿童尿碘碘过量,应加强健康教育和日常监测,有待进一步研究盐碘、尿碘与碘营养水平的关系。 Objective To study the nutritional status of different water iodine in Tianjiu City, evaluate the effi- ciency of the prevention measures, and provide the basis for scientific iodine. Methods Probability proportion to size (PPS) sampling method was used to investigate urine iodine, goiter rate and iodine content of salt of children aged from 8 to 10 years in Tianjin City. Urinary iodine levels of pregnant and lactating women and the iodine content in water of the city were surveyed. Results In un-high iodine areas, the goiter rate of children aged from 8 to 10 years was 2. 14% , and there was no significant difference in age and sex. The qualified iodized salt coverage rate was 91.6% , and there was no signifi- cant difference compared with that in 2005. The median of urinary iodine of children, pregnant women, lactating women were 177.9 μg/L, 145.3 μg/L and 139. 9 μg/L, respectively. Centralized water supply water iodine content was 0 to 10 μg/L In high iodine water areas, the median of urinary iodine of children aged from 8 to 10 years was 338.3 μg/L. Con- clusions The median of urinary iodine of pregnant women is slightly below the appropriate level. In high water iodine are- a, the median of urinary iodine of children was excess. Health education and daily monitoring should be strengthened. The eorrelation of salt iodine and urine iodine need to be further studied.
