摘要
汽车的每一个零部件都起着举足轻重的作用,为了更好的满足设计与制造的要求,需对汽车的每一零部件进行分析,分析其是否满足要求,如果分析结果不满足,需对其进行优化让其满足要求。现对某一汽车零部件建立多种模型,运用有限元软件对这些模型进行应力应变分析,得到模型的应力应变图。再经过多种指标的对比(模型机构、最大应力、最大应变以及零件的许用应力等)找出每个模型的缺陷,并对模型进行结构上的进一步结构优化,从而满足各项指标要求,也为厂家提供了多种不同的选择。
Each component of the car plays an important role,in order to meet the better requirement of design and manufacture,analyzing each component of the car,whether it meet the requirements or not,if not,we must optimized it to meet it.Now established a variety of models,analyze the stress and strain of these models by the finite element software obtain the model stress-strain diagram.Then after the contrast of indicators(model agency,the maximum stress,maximum strain,as well as the allowable stress of the part,etc.)to find out the defects of each model,and give a further structure optimization to the models,which meet the index of requirement and provide the more different choices for the manufacturers.
