摘要
以上位机+运动控制器的硬件结构为基础,结合自动锡焊工艺的硬件需求和软件需求,开发了一套自动锡焊机开放式控制系统软件。该控制系统软件设计采用分层模块化的方法,主要由两部分组成,分别是上位机软件和基于DSP的运动控制器软件。前者的主要功能是管理人机交互界面并负责与下位机进行指令传输,而后者则负责运动控制中的主要细节部分,两者之间通过标准RS-232接口进行通信。运行结果表明该控制系统软件能够保证自动锡焊机高效、稳定运行,具有很好的实用价值。
Based on the hardware structure of upper computer+motion controller,combining with the hardware and software requirements of automatic soldering machine,a set of software of open control system for automatic soldering machine is developed.The software using the layered modular method,is made up of the upper computer software and the motion controller software which is based on DSP.The former is mainly responsible for the human-machine interaction interface and the command transmission with the down location device,while the latter is responsible for the main detail part of the movement control,and they communicate through the RS-232.The running results show that the software can ensure the efficient and stable operation of automatic soldering machine,and has good practical value.
