摘要
在半板簧振动装置的刚体动力学分析的基础上,考虑板簧的柔性,利用拉格朗日方法,建立了该振动装置的刚柔动力学模型,然后应用MATLAB软件进行编程求解,利用ode45命令,输入相应的初始量就可以得到各刚体构件的运动学特性;然后再应用ADAMS软件对该振动装置进行三维实体建模,经过动力学分析后,可以得到的各构件的运动学特性和动力学特性。最后将两种方法得到的结果进行对比,发现两者结果很接近,同时从另一个角度上验证了利用该方法建立的半板簧振动装置的刚柔动力学模型的正确性。
In the basing of the rigid body dynamics analysis of a half plank spring mould,rigid-flexible dynamical model of the vibrator was established considering the flexibility of spring by using the Lagrange method.Then it is solved by using MATLAB,and the kinematic character of every rigid body is obtained.After establishing 3D-model,it have done dynamics analysis by using ADAMS,so the kinematic character of every rigid body is obtained by using this method in contrast with the above result,the both result approached,so the correctness of the rigid-flexible dynamical model was verified.
