摘要
较传统的紫外可见分光光度计,微量紫外可见分光光度计具有体积小、分析速度快、需要样品体积小、便于测试高浓度溶液等优点。根据朗伯-比尔光吸收定律,得出吸光度相对误差和透射比误差之间的关系,可以针对不同浓度的待测溶液选择不同的测试光程来求得待测溶液的吸光度,有效提高了光度计的测量范围和精度。对同一待测溶液在不同测试光程下测试的结果中,应用非对称模糊算法选择出最合适的测试结果作为最终的测试结果。
Compared with the traditional UV/VIS spectrophotometer,the micro UV/VIS spectrophotometer has some advantages of its smallsize,fast test procedure,the capability of measuring small sample size and easy to test high concentration solution.According to Lambert-Beer law,the relationship between absorbance relative error and transmittance error is given.The optical path distance of the light passing the sample under test is adjusted to improve the precision and expand test range.The asymmetric fuzzy algorithm is used to choose a most appropriate outcome in different results of the same sample measured in different optical path distance.
