摘要
主要设计了一台玉米秸秆切段锤碎一体机,该机将玉米秸秆刨花板原生产工艺中秸秆的切段、锤碎、分离三个工序分别由单机完成的方法整合由一台机器完成。文中重点对玉米秸秆切段锤碎一体机总体方案、主要技术参数计算、切段与锤碎部件的设计进行了研究分析。该机的设计意在有效利用玉米秸秆,提高玉米秸秆的利用率,简化玉米秸秆刨花制取的生产工艺。
In this paper, the cutting off and crushing machine is designed. The three straw process of cutting off, crushing and separating are completed by one machine. While they have been respectively completed by each machine on original production process of corn straw shaving board. The overall scheme, main technology parameters calculation, the design of cutting off and crushing parts are main researched and analyzed on the cutting off and crushing machine of corn straw. It is designed for effective utilization of corn straw, improving the utilization rate and simplifying shaving production process.
