基于快速傅里叶变换的木(竹)混凝土模板无损检测

摘要 利用快速傅里叶变换分析检测法与静态弯曲试验对木(竹)混凝土模板的动态弹性模量和静态弹性模量、静曲强度进行测定,对试验结果进行相关性分析和回归分析得出:木(竹)混凝土模板的动态弹性模量与静态弹性模量、静曲强度之间均存在密切的线性相关性,均可使用动态弹性模量对静态弹性模量、静曲强度进行预测,即可使用快速傅里叶变换分析检测法对木(竹)混凝土模板进行无损检测。 The dynamic MOE ( modulus of elastic), the static MOE and MOR ( static bending strength or mod- ulus of rupture) of wood / bamboo plywood concrete model were measured with FFT ( Fast Fourier Transform) a- nalysis method and the static bending tests. Then the correlation and regression analyses were conducted on the dy- namic and static properties. The results showed that the dynamic MOE was significantly correlated with the static MOE and MOR of the wood/bamboo plywood concrete model, indicating that the static MOE and MOR of the wood/bamboo plywood concrete model could be predicted by the dynamic MOE. Nondestructive testing of the wood/bamboo plywood concrete model could be conducted with FFT analysis method.
