摘要
目的探讨入院护理评估对老年原发性高血压患者护理问题及护理满意率的影响。方法选择120例2011年—2013年行入院评估的120例老年原发性高血压患者作为病例组,选择2008年—2009年240例未进行入院评估的原发性高血压患者作为对照组,比较2组患者住院期间发生坠床、跌倒、压疮的情况,应用护理满意度调查表评估患者对护理工作的满意度。结果病例组发生跌倒2例,无坠床和压疮发生,患者出院时护理满意率为98.3%;对照组发生跌倒9例,坠床3例,皮肤破损8例,患者出院时护理满意率为90.8%,2组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论入院护理评估可以减少老年原发性高血压患者住院期间的护理问题,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the admission nursing assessment of elderly hypertensive patients care issue. Methods using case-control method in this study, 120 case records of elderly hypertensive patients in 2011-2013 as the case group,selected 240 elderly hypertensive patients records in 2008-2009 which didn＇t using admission nursing assessment as a control group, to compare the rate of nursing events and the patients satisfaction. Results The case group care,fall two cases,no falling out of bed and pressure sores occur. Patients satisfaction rate were 98.3%. Control group had seven events, including four cases of falls, two cases falling out of bed and one have skin ulcer,patients satisfaction rate were 90.8% （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The admission nursing assessment to reduce the nursing problems of elderly hypertensive patients, and improving patient＇s satisfaction.
