摘要
引起齿轮副的啮合误差的影响因素有多种,齿轮箱轴承座的加工误差就是其中一种。目前对此进行的系统研究还较少。笔者利用UG的参数化功能以及与ANSYS 13.0的无缝连接功能,通过调节齿轮副中一个齿轮的轴线偏转角度大小,模拟轴承座加工误差引起的齿轮啮合误差,并对这一影响因素进行定量分析,得出相关结论,为今后生产加工提供一定的指导意义。
