考虑齿轮轴承座加工误差的齿轮静力学分析

摘要 引起齿轮副的啮合误差的影响因素有多种,齿轮箱轴承座的加工误差就是其中一种。目前对此进行的系统研究还较少。笔者利用UG的参数化功能以及与ANSYS 13.0的无缝连接功能,通过调节齿轮副中一个齿轮的轴线偏转角度大小,模拟轴承座加工误差引起的齿轮啮合误差,并对这一影响因素进行定量分析,得出相关结论,为今后生产加工提供一定的指导意义。 Errors caused by gear meshing impact of a variety of factors,gearbox bearing machining error is one of them.At present this in a systematic study is also small.At present this in a systematic study is also small.I use parameterized UG,ANSYS 13.0 features and seamless connectivity,by adjusting the gears in a gear axis deflection angle size,simulated bearing gear machining error caused by the error.The text of the quantitative analysis of the influencing factors,draw relevant conclusions for the future production and processing to provide some guidance.
