摘要
数控机床是一种高科技的机电一体化设备,能实现机械的高速度、高精度和高自动化,而机床刚度与振动是严重影响数控机床运动精度的主要因素之一。现针对数控机床产生刚度与振动原因进行详细分析,并采用有效手段降低运动误差确保机床加工精度。
NC machine tool is a kind of electromechanical integration equipment of high technology,can realize mechanical high speed,high precision and high automation,and machine tool stiffness and vibration is one of the main factors of CNC machine tools motion accuracy seriously affected.Now for the NC machine tool stiffness is analyzed in detail and the cause of vibration,and the effective means to reduce the motion error and improve the accuracy of machine tools.
