摘要
如何进行针对性强、具有地方特色的卓越工程师人才培养是非常值得研究与探讨的问题。比较了发达国家培养应用型本科人才的实践,采取了优化课程体系、建立校企联合人才培养实践教学体系和建设工程型师资队伍等措施,实施了"卓越工程师培养"的教学改革。培养的学生创新能力与实践能力显著提高。
It is very worthy to study and discuss the problem that how to carry out the targeted outstanding engineers training with local characteristics.Compared the practice of training applied undergraduate talents in developed countries,adopted the optimization of curriculum system,establishing university-enterprise joint personnel training and establishing practice teaching system and other measures,we implement the teaching reform of ＂outstanding engineers training＂.As a result,the innovation ability and practice ability of students trained have been improved significantly.
