二甲双胍对心血管的保护作用 被引量：4

摘要 二甲双胍（metformin）属双胍类药物,在2型糖尿病（type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM）的治疗中已有50年的历史,是临床广泛应用的一线降糖药.该药物通过降低食物吸收及糖原异生、促进组织吸收摄取葡萄糖达到降低血糖目的.研究显示二甲双胍具有心血管保护和防治心血管病的作用,但机理尚待阐明.
