摘要
我国当前正处于社会转型的发展阶段,历史经验表明,每次社会转型都伴随着社会诚信的重大考验。当前出现的一系列政务诚信危机虽然令人担忧,但这是转型期我们必须经历的"阵痛"。我国的政务诚信危机既有传统文化的影响也有公民参政意识提高的挑战。新媒体的兴起更是为推进政务诚信建设提供了机遇也带来了挑战。社会转型期我们要抓住机遇,迎接挑战,建设服务政府、责任政府,营造有利于推进政务诚信的文化氛围。
China is now at the development period of social transformation. Historical experiences show that every social transformation is accompanied with great test for the social integrity. At present, a series of government credibility crises are worrisome, but they are pains we have to undergo during the social transformation. Regarding the government credibility crisis in China, there are influence from traditional Chinese culture as well as the challenges from increasing public awareness of political participation. The rise of new media provides both opportunities and challenges for improving government credibility. During the social transformation, we should seize the opportunity and face the challenges to build a service-oriented and accountable government and create favorable cultural atmosphere to improve government credibility.
