摘要
云南滇西某含金多金属氧化矿,含有Au、Pb、Zn等有用组分,矿石深度氧化,较为难选。对该矿石进行了氰化浸出提金、硫化优先浮选铅锌、磁选回收铁、全泥氰化提金—浸出渣磁选除铁—摇床重选回收铅锌等试验研究。其结果表明:采用全泥氰化提金—浸出渣磁选除铁—摇床重选回收铅锌试验流程取得了较好的技术指标,金浸出率为83.33%;铅精矿品位达到合格产品要求(53.05%),回收率20.17%;锌精矿品位15.86%,回收率24.24%。
The Au-polymetallic oxide ore from West Yunnan mainly contains Au,Pb and Zn,and due to its high oxidation ratio it is hard to be processed.The Au in the ore is experimentally studied by processes like cyanidation,selective flotation of lead and zinc by sulfurization,deironing by magnetic separation,and all-sliming cyanidation-deironing leaching residues by magnetic separation-Pb and Zn recovery by gravity using tables.The results show that the all-sliming cyanidation-deironing leaching residues by magnetic separation-Pb and Zn recovery by gravity using tables process achieved satisfactory technical index,with the gold leaching rate of 83.33 %;the grade of lead concentrates reached acceptable level,that is 53.05 %,and the recovery rate of 20.17 %;zinc grade of 15.86 % and recovery rate of 24.24 %.
