摘要
科学数据管理与共享是促进科技基础能力建设,充分发挥科技资源整合作用,提升科技创新能力的基础,是可持续发展的重要保障。通过对国际科学数据管理与共享的发展历程进行系统总结,重点比较分析了美国、欧洲在科学管理与共享方面的优劣势,结合我国科学数据管理与共享的现实情况,提出了适合我国国情的科学数据管理与共享建议。
Scientific data management and sharing are the foundation that promotes scientific and technological infrastructure , gives full play to the integral role of scientific and technological resources and enhances scientific and technological innovation ability , and also are the important resource for sustainable development.The paper reviews the international scientific data management and the development of sharing system , analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of scientific data management and shared use between United States and European countries.Besides , it proposes some suitable recommendations for scientific data management and sharing in China , combining the reality of scientific data management and sharing in China.
