摘要
目的:探讨唾液分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)在幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染中对机体的保护作用。方法:应用尿素酶快速检测法检测79例胃和十二指肠炎症、溃疡病人的HP感染情况。同时应用放射免疫法测定唾液及胃液中分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)浓度。结果:HP检出率70.9%,(56/79)。HP阴性组(n=23)唾液sIgA浓度为(54.41±29.99)mg/L,高于阳性组(n=56)的(37.25±19.25)mg/L(t=2.016 7,P<0.05)。两组中唾液sIgA浓度均明显高于胃液中浓度。胃液中sIgA,唾液及胃液IgG浓度两组间无显著性差异。结论:以上结果显示唾液sIgA在抗幽门螺杆菌感染中可能对机体产生保护作用。
Objective:To discuss the preventive effect of secretive immunoglobulin (sIg) A in saliva on infection of helicobacter py-lori (HP). Methods:Seventy nine patients with gastric and duodenal diseases were divided into HP( + ) and HP( - ) groups with biopsy rapid urease test. Their concentrations of sIg A and IgG in saliva and gastric juice were measured with radioim-munoprecipitation.Results:HP detectable rate was 70.9% (56/79).The concentration of sIg A in saliva (54.41±29.99 mg/L) in HP(-) group (n = 23) was higher than that (37.25± 19.25 mg/L) in HP( + ) group (n= 56) (t = 2.0167, P < 0.05). The concentrations of sIg A in saliva were significant higher than those in gastric juice in both groups. There was no significant difference in concentrations of sIg A in gastric juice and IgG in saliva and gastric juice between the both groups. Conclusion:The sIg A in saliva may play a preventive role in infection of HP.
