摘要
行政管理是一门实践性很强的专业,地方本科院校开设行政管理专业的时间一般较晚,起点较低,实践教学相对薄弱。地方本科院校行政管理专业实践教学的改革及实践中存在诸多问题,加强行政管理专业实践教学的改革及实践研究有利于培养学生的实践能力。
The practicality of administrative managetmmt is very strong, The administration specialty teaching has the tendency of emphasizing the theory and despising the practice in local universities generally. There are many defi- ciencies in local universifies＇s practice of the teaching in administrative management profession. The paper not only analyses problems of practice teaching in the administrative management profession, but also puts forward some coun- tenures to develop it.
