摘要
目的:研究食管癌、胃癌和结直肠癌患者的血液和组织中鸟氨酸脱羧酶(ODC)活性和腐胺(PUT)含量的变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法:研究对象为经内镜检查和活检病理确诊的食管癌、胃癌和结直肠癌患者68例,以食管、胃或结肠粘膜大致正常者68例作对照,用改良的分光光度法测定血液和组织中ODC活性和PUT含量。结果:食管癌和胃癌患者血液和组织中ODC活性和PUT含量都显著高于对照组,癌组织中二者升高尤为明显。
Objective: To study the alteration of ornithine decarboxylase(ODC) activity and putriscine(PUT) content in blood and tissue of patients with esophageal,gastric and colorectal cancer,and to explore their clinical significance.Methods:68 patients with esophageal,gastric or colorectal cancer and 68 control subjects with normal esophageal,gastric or colorectal mucosa diagnosed by endoscopy and biopsy pathology were included in the study.ODC activity and PUT content of blood and tissue were determined with improved spectrophotometric assay.Results:ODC activity of blood and tissue was significantly increased in patients with esophageal,gastric or colorectal cancer compared with corresponding normal control.PUT content was also significantly increased except for the colorectal cancer tissue. Conclusion: ODC activity and polyamine synthesis are significantly increased in gastrointestinal cancers and may be used as diagnostic and prognostic markers for these patients.
