摘要
针对淮北矿业集团煤质加工和管理现状及采制化环节中存在的问题,从商品煤质量验收、来煤识别、化验方法等方面系统地分析了煤炭供需双方煤质检测结果间存在差异的技术原因,并指出推行煤炭第三方检验的必然趋势。
Regarding to the problems existing in the systems of coal quality processing, quality management and sampling- preparation-testing in Huaibei Mining Group, this paper analyzed the technical causes of coal quality test results difference existing between suppliers and buyers according to some aspects such as quality acceptance of commercial coal, recognition of received coal, testing methods etc. It was also indicated that it would be a inevitable trend to promote the third-party inspection.
