摘要
为了提高压裂液的混合效率,以HS210混砂车搅拌桨为研究对象,在保证压裂液质量的前提下,利用均匀设计法安排试验,用流体分析软件FLUENT对各种试验条件下的混合流场经行了模拟计算。通过对试验结果的回归分析,分别建立了搅拌桨参数与搅拌功率、搅拌时间的关系式,提出了显著影响搅拌功率和搅拌时间的设计参数,并以最小搅拌时间为目标对搅拌桨进行了结构改进,最后对改进后的模型进行模拟验证。结果表明,改进后的搅拌系统能减少混合时间,提高混砂车的工作效率。
In order to improve the mixing efficiency of the fracturing fluid,the stirring paddle of the HS210 fracturing blender truck is the object of study.Under the premise of ensuring the quality of the fracturing fluid,it used a uniform design method to arrange test and simulate all the tests through fluid analysis software FLUENT.Through the regression analysis of test results,the relations between the impeller parameters and mixing power mixing time are respectively established.Also it made a significant impact on the design parameters of the mixing power and mixing time,and improved the structural of stirring paddle for the target of minimum mixing time.Using the FLUENT software to simulate and validate the improved model,the result shows that the improved impellers can reduce the mixing time and improve the work efficiency of fracturing blender truck.
