摘要
针对目前城乡10 kV配电线路真空分段开关安装后无法获取开关状态信息、对存在的安全隐患不能及时预警、易发生故障且引发火灾等问题,设计了城乡配电线路分段开关的网络化故障预警装置.侧重介绍了该系统总体方案的确定、主站硬件电路的设计、声波检测电路的设计、线路电流检测电路的设计、断路器分合闸状态检测电路的设计等内容.运行经验表明,该系统不仅可以尽早发现真空分段开关的安全隐患,防止恶性事故的发生,而且还可以在开关发生故障时及时获取故障信息并对其进行检修,有效减少了停电时间,提高了10 kV配电线路的可靠性和安全性.
For the problems that switch state information cannot be obtained after a 10 kV distribution line vacuum section switch is installed between urban and rural areas,the hidden safety problems cannot be timely warned and it is easy to cause faults even fire and other problems.Thusly,the urban and rural power supply line vacuum switch fault warning device based on network is designed,the determination of the whole scheme of a system,hardware design of the master station,the design of detection circuit for supersonic,the design of detection circuit for current,the design of a detection circuit for broken/closed state of a vacuum switch are introduced.Practice indicates: that the system cannot only detect the hidden danger of a vacuum section switch as soon as possible and prevent vicious accidents,but also acquire failure information in time and overhaul them when the switch faults occur.And this reduces the blackouts time effectively and increased the reliability and security of a 10 kV distribution circuit.
